It took less than four weeks from the consultation appointment to installation. The consultant was very competent and helpful with all our questions. The installation went smoothly. The insect screen is expensive, but the installation is professional and was included in the price.

Great advice: The technician/consultant took a lot of time and gave us very competent advice regarding our individual situations! The individual fly screen solutions are very high quality, run easily and silently and the fabrics are so inconspicuous that we had to be persuaded to stick on decorative birds so that they wouldn't run straight through the closed sliding door solutions. Installation carried out very quickly and very conscientiously. All in all, perfect for us! Not the cheapest solution, but "good value", worth the price! I can't say anything about the customer service yet, except that everything could be repaired!
