Niklas has created a program to help partners of couples in strained relationships find their way back to each other. The program is structured as a video coaching and divided into nine modules, each of which deals with a different elementary relationship topic.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, one has the opportunity to do a daily reflection on Niklas' program website; on Wednesdays, one is given a question that encourages reflection on the relationship. On Fridays, you can report on the past week in a weekly review, for which Niklas also gives you feedback.
Personally, I really like the concept of being taught and coached via videos, but still being able to exchange ideas with the coach, i.e. Niklas, in person.
I found the topics of the nine modules well chosen and appropriate for most "cracked" relationships. He takes enough time in the videos to explain the topics and explain them with examples. Very good!
Also, there are assignments for some of the videos in the modules with material provided, which makes it easier to complete the assignment.
A small drawback is the quality of the videos. The volume of the opening credits and the video itself are very different, so I always had to change the volume. However, this is complaining on a high level ;-)
As for the benefits, I can say that you get a lot of good tips on how you can start directly to improve your relationship. However, you have to be aware that it is a video coaching and therefore the personal is somewhat lost. Who needs this personal content and feedback, is probably better off with a direct coaching with Niklas.
Overall, I find the Momentum program recommendable. I have learned a lot and have already been able to implement some things that have had a positive impact on my relationship with my husband.
