As a former full-time church musician who has had to listen to tens of thousands of sermons in his life, I was skeptical when I heard about Norman Graeter's readings at MS3: Well, it will be another happy-clappy positivism salesman in the simple-naïve style of the 50's in America according to the motto: Think positive and you will get rich.

But then I began to listen: Oha, the man is not concerned with his own material wealth and professional career. The man doesn't have to go around everything negative in life like a hot potato. The man can talk about setbacks, even serious ones like illness, disability and death, incorporate them into his concept according to the motto: "That's good! He doesn't have to avoid anything unpleasant, even when doubtful questions come from the audience.

And the solution is not to be reached in a hau-pressure procedure, but requires, for example, consistency. And paying attention to other people: Love your neighbor AS YOURSELF. Both steps are equal, you just have to take the first step.

In the end, Norman Graeter's statements are not far from basic church ideas. But he can present them charismatically, convincingly, sympathetically, credibly, passionately, enthusiastically and above all in a contemporary way. One really comes away from his lectures with renewed strength.

For some time now I have been involved in personal development. Therefore, it is not surprising that I am now a part of the Caribbean Rebels from the very beginning. Why? Because Norman is just incredibly good at describing and explaining the complexity of our mind in connection with the energies of the universe. Through Norman I also know that it was no coincidence that my wife made me aware of his lectures on Mein Schiff 1, in fact that we were on the ship with him at the same time in the first place. Rather, there was a lot of work behind it from my personal helper, who must have been so happy that his plan worked out to organize this meeting and thereby give me a new perspective on my life. To organize it a second time would have been a crazy effort, because already this time a lot of pull-ups must have been necessary so that we were at the same place at the same time. We had actually booked another trip and the crossing to New York, which we had always wanted to do, was only ever offered outside of the vacations and was therefore not an option for us. I also don't want to know how much trickery and persuasion it must have taken my little helper to get Norman to make the same trip.

If you are now wondering what he is talking about and what all this has to do with Norman, I can only advise you to listen to one of his lectures, to visit one of his workshops or in any case to read one of his books! The latter was special for me, because while reading it I had again the feeling to sit on the Mein Schiff with him in the workshop and to listen to him, because it is extremely rousing and motivating to listen to him. I think he made me realize why it is important to wear the right glasses, which I thought I understood as a glasses wearer, and I will continue to work on implementing everything I heard from him.

We were very skeptical at first but this has evaporated. My wife and I got the books from you and have read almost all already. Unfortunately we could not get a bound book on board , the last one was sold before us , you put an audiobook in my shirt , but you will certainly not remember .
I also deal with many people and experience daily with their fates . For over 30 years I have been working as a dentist in my own practice and should actually already be so far that I could enjoy retirement . But unfortunately, through the ups and downs of professional life, I still have a mountain of debt to work off. So we here in East Germany have not become rich through this profession. Your way and your story, which you describe in your books gives us courage and strength to continue until this mountain is dismantled. My wife has also been convinced by your books. She has found more confidence in herself, which I have always said to her, but you have brought it to the point. It's incredible how well Norman Gräter explains his concepts in simple visual language. He doesn't mince words without being too provocative. He is also not too shy to talk to everyone and help everyone along. I personally recommend anyone who has the opportunity to work with Norman once.

I got to experience Norman on a cruise ship. I am just grateful for this experience. He finally made me rethink to live in the "now" again and enjoy life. I especially remembered the following phrases, which I can't reproduce verbatim, but which will stay with me: "The gift of presence" (which tells me to put away your cell phone and give each person the attention that "they" deserve), "Is what you want to say worth more than silence?" (since I am often very emotional, I often think about whether I should rather hold back in certain situations) and "Now, Here and Today" (enjoy every second...).
