I can unconditionally recommend Standards. What we have learned so far is clearly deepened and expanded here. I have already been able to successfully use some of the leadership tools provided by Normen. Normen addresses current topics very well and provides room for discussion and mutual exchange.

Norman Ulbrich is also compatible as an interlocutor in the third half of the session outside the actual topic blocks, both professionally and, more importantly, as a human being. Surely this additional time effort was sweetened a bit for him, but it showed that he is on fire for coaching and is highly committed to it.

I have now participated in many seminars with Norman Ulbrich and the experience is always the same - it is very valuable time invested with a very good facilitator who listens to the needs of a group and guides them very specifically to the goal. He asks the right questions at the best time and challenges the group when necessary.

I have taken something positive for myself from every meeting with Norman so far, without exception. I am happy that I can apply what I have learned very well with and at my colleagues. Normen is always extremely well prepared and very well organized - both the preliminary discussions, at the workshop and the follow-up. With his authentic, great manner, he can immediately adapt to each participant. He has already proven many times that he is extremely flexible due to a spontaneous change of plan or deviation of the agenda due to the group dynamics. However, Normen does not lose the overview here and still maintains control. This is very remarkable and a great quality.

I was particularly impressed that Normen perceived us as a group and also as individuals.
That he actively created space for the needs of the individual participants. Especially on the subject of movement within the room.
In no seminar have I ever experienced that the trainer offered stress balls or standing tables for participants who do not like to sit.
For me personally, the atmosphere was much more relaxed and free.
That was great.
