The consultation was very detailed and solution-oriented. We had some bad luck with the implementation: At the first appointment, the core drillings failed because of the steel in the wall and at the second appointment it rained so much that the outdoor system could not be installed. After three days of installation, however, everything has now been resolved to our satisfaction and communication was always at eye level.
Good and personal advice. Very good implementation on site. Very friendly and competent staff. Worked very cleanly (e.g. directly laid out running felt). Always consulted directly. Not the cheapest company, but good work costs something.
Perfect planning, top organized, always friendly in contact: our demanding project in an old building was super accompanied from the beginning and implemented in detail in the shortest time. Would commission Northoff Kälte-Klimatechnik again at any time!
The deadline was met perfectly in terms of time. The installation took a total of four days - absolutely okay for 3 outdoor units and 8 indoor units. Trainees were also present - not everything went smoothly, but was addressed directly and implemented appropriately. Trainees also have to learn - I think that's good! Currently, there is still a warranty case. I am confident that this will also be solved. All in all, it was a clean job and the trainees also learned something.
We were personally advised by Mr. Ulrich Northoff on site so professionally that no other supplier came into question for us. For the bedroom and living-dining room, we opted for a Panasonic heat pump with two end units that can both cool and heat. Mr. Northoff had already recorded and projected the installation so precisely that the installation team could immediately implement everything exactly as it was. The installation team was on time to the minute and worked seven hours without a break - every move was perfect and everything was installed carefully and cleanly. The briefing was also super professional. Now the next heat days can come quietly - we are well prepared for it and can only warmly recommend the company Northoff😊.
Punctual start, very clean work on site, flexibility with regard to the spatial conditions, good solutions developed and implemented. Overall high professionalism!
