I am allowed to be the way I am. The pressure to reduce weight is taken away. Loving work is done to gain awareness of oneself, one's own body and what really does one good and is needed. Cravings change. You get the desire and strength to change something and the implementation happens almost automatically. Everyone in his rhythm and pace and very important, without compulsion and agony, wg eg renunciation or conversion. There are great alternatives. At the same time there is a lot of background knowledge about holistic connections between body and nutrition and being. Who wants and desires more, is exactly right here.

Wow, I can absolutely recommend the Access Bars training seminar with Silke Raab! Silke conveyed the content to us in a sound and clear manner. She also addressed all our questions and topics (there were many) competently and sensitively. Within this one day she managed to dissolve many of my inner resistances through the art of asking the right questions and through effective energy work.
