The conversations with Occuperso were always very pleasant and ultimately helped me to develop. In the end, I did decide against the possible job offer. However, during the discussions with the potential employer, Occuperso was always available to answer any questions. The discussions focused on clearly identifying my interests and needs and showing me different perspectives. However, at no point was there any kind of "pressure" to accept the offer. Rather, all aspects that a possible change would have entailed were discussed - including those that spoke against a change. In this respect, the discussions at the end helped me to become even clearer about my interests and needs, for which I would like to thank you very much.
