Because of Corona no personal contact (just came up 2 g+ and I was not vaccinated). Understandable, but for this from me only 4 points in customer service.
Otherwise all good and more than 5 points in the category of quality, value and advice.
Was about data protection, e-commerce, etc. for my store. There is no alternative to Ochsenfeld for me. Everything was solved quickly and securely. Unfortunately - as I said - only digitally and via video conference - but no possibility to talk in person over coffee. Thanks again! Clear recommendation!
