Very friendly installers. Clean and tidy.

However, what I found unattractive ... The first appointment was canceled due to a corona case, then came an email that one is still in contact with me on the same day. This did not happen. A few days later I asked and an annoyed employee told me that I was in a pile and that they would contact me when it was my turn. After 4 weeks, I called again and an employee told me through the nose that I had been forgotten ... Mistakes happen, but the whole process was rather unsatisfactory.

Super friendly lady on the phone! Even a postponement was possible! The work on site was carried out cleanly and very quickly, after three and a half hours were 2x 2000L steel tanks cleaned , cut and cleared out! TOP price / performance ratio! 100% recommendation!

The work was carried out as agreed, on time and professionally to our complete satisfaction. Very friendly communication with both Öltank24 and Botec. However, we had to check the offer ourselves at the beginning. The price was significantly lower than the competition. The execution could not have been better. Clean work and the guys were good on it. All in all, really recommendable all around.

Dismantling the old tanks, cutting them up and cleaning the inside walls directly - I was very happy with that.
From the appointment to the installation of the new tanks passed almost 3 months - I would have liked shortly before
a confirmation and reminder. So I was unsure whether the deadline would really be met.
