We got our 126m2 beautiful house built in early 2022,everything went well.the trades were executed according to the construction schedule,with good quality building materials. We have the Proxon heating, ventilation system and which works perfectly. Corona conditioned the architecture services were not good, could work better. Also the Dfh customer service is ,as good as non-existent! Saleswoman and construction manager ,as well as construction crews have taken their work seriously and executed well, top!

OKAL is qualitatively quite okay and fair in terms of price, but you are left completely alone both from customer service and with all other concerns. We now have 4 months delay on the construction site and no one feels responsible. If the craftsmen would stick to it for 2 weeks, they would be finished. The planning is poor to non-existent, the support after the purchase is virtually non-existent.

We signed our house contract yesterday and would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Busenius from the show house in Fellbach, who took a lot of trouble and time to implement our wishes and answer our questions. We were very satisfied with the advice!

I was completely satisfied with Oliver Fechner, he acts motivated and goal-oriented and supported. Mr. Fechter from Bielefeld/Sennestadt has always answered my questions, or was always there for me. I can only recommend Mr. Fechner, it makes good friends to work with him.

Especially the open and honest conversations with Mr. Alexander Schleusner both on site and in many phone calls were convincing, competent and extremely polite and very important: not pushy. If we find a property, we will build with Okal and (only) with Mr. Schleusner. Greetings from Küsten

We have received an incredibly detailed, competent and, above all, customer-oriented consultation through a Freybott. He has made an incredible effort with regard to our substantive house ideas, the given conditions regarding financing and property, as well as with the spontaneous appointment search on the weekend and exceeded our expectations. Also at the second appointment we could guess that his day must have more than 24 hours, with the numerous proposals and elaborated exposés, which he had prepared for us. Many thanks!

The erection of our dream home finally came true yesterday. The assemblers and the various trades start work and the home is slowly. They have taken care of organizing the road closure, porta potties, dumpsters. This has already taken a lot off our shoulders, because it allowed us to prepare for the installation day and sit back and relax! Thanks to OKAL!
We have been looking forward to this moment for a long time. Up to this moment OKAL, especially Mr. Nettesheim, the architect and the site manager have guided us well through the project. Questions were answered in detail and satisfactorily.
All persons involved could be reached or got back to us in time. The communication channels via e-mail worked just as well, although we always prefer a phone call to clarify any ambiguities.
The first feeling when we entered the show house in Cologne/Frechen was positive, because Mr. Nettesheim came directly to us and sought the conversation. He conveyed a feeling of interest, which has remained with us to this day, 13 months later, in our work together and we will always remember this feeling! It only makes sense to work with a company where you feel comfortable! Mr. Nettesheim gave us time and established contact with the financial advisor.
It is really like that, that you are accompanied by OKAL in the building project. You get information on what step to take next and that takes a lot of weight off your shoulders.
One of the best feelings is to be perceived as a human being.
The sampling appointment in the HOCH company was very pleasant and became a positive experience despite the many decisions. Since also on this day OKAL had surprises in the pastry!
The DFH fitters are motivated, friendly, open-minded, experienced and give the builder tips and can report from your experience.
You answered some open questions for us and We will enjoy the last days with you :)
I definitely recommend OKAL to others. Price-performance ratio is right!

Our family was very satisfied especially with advice and service. For all who are planning a home in OKAL construction certainly a very good choice. In the end, we decided on a different construction method, but from the numerous consultations with different companies from the same industry, we actually only remembered the very good and committed advice/service from Ms. Claudia Becker from the show house Baunatal. Even if we cannot give an evaluation to the other points, it was nevertheless a request to us to express ourselves to the very good consultation/service of Mrs. Becker here. We wish Mrs. Becker and her team continued success.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steffen Bauer from Okal during the decision making process for our house construction.

Mr. Bauer advised us well and transparently in every respect. His technically impeccable consulting competence is rounded off by friendliness and sympathy.

In the end, for "external" reasons, we did not end up building a house with Okal. However, Mr. Bauer also accompanied us in a customer-oriented manner during the cancellation of the contract and was always fair in his dealings with us.

Thanks to Mr. Heyde, our dream of owning our own home is within reach.
We can only advise anyone who is interested in building a house to sit down at a table with Mr. Heyde.
At first we were a bit skeptical about OKAL, but were not averse to an appointment.
We became attentive over the social media and Google. Full of interest, we ordered information material from OKAL. This was very quickly (2 days) in our mailbox. Here we wished more information about prices... so we put this aside for the first time....
In the course of the week, Mr. Heyde contacted us by phone. This was a pleasant and not intrusive conversation. He asked about our plans and ideas on the subject of house building. Inspired by his nice and very open conversation, we agreed to an appointment in the show house in Dresden (Unger Park).
The first appointment went as we had imagined. He took us on a tour of the show house and explained a few things about the house and OKAL. Afterwards he was very hospitable and courteous in preparing for our appointment. We were provided with drinks and also a candy could not be missing 🙂
In the actual conversation, he listened to us well and also took a lot of notes.( We had not noticed this with others before) He questioned a lot and also brought in good ideas, which also gave us a secure feeling.
We also liked the fact that he talked about the whole project, i.e. that he always included other costs, such as ancillary building costs, driveway, terrace, garage etc.
Since we did not have a plot of land, we were also a little skeptical here whether we can get the right thing. But also there he explained everything to us and offered the property service. This was free of charge.
What we liked was that he provided a contact person for everything.
After the about 2 hours conversation we agreed on a new date, where we should then get our house and possible plots as well as financing concept.
We left the show house that day with curiosity and plenty of reading material.
In the 2nd appointment we were not disappointed, one noticed that he was very well prepared for the appointment.
The house offer was ready, possible plots and the finances were kept, for the Baufinazierung we had gotten a contact person, which had also contacted us within 2 days.
In this date he is also again on our questions.
It was for us an honest, transparent conversation where he also explained in detail to us everything and also the further course.
In the end we signed the house contract and were perfectly informed about it.
With a glass of champagne and a personal attention from him, we knew we had made the right decision.
As promised we had found our property within 2 months.
We like very much that he was and is supporting us.
We appreciate his competent but also open manner.
For these reasons, we can only recommend to sit down with him at a table, one leaves this with a very good feeling.

We are super satisfied with the advice from Okal Haus and that is definitely thanks to our building consultant Mr. Kai Tepper. He went the extra mile for us from the very first minute. He is very competent and was able to answer all our questions. What we also really appreciate about him is that he is always available for us. With OKAL and especially with Mr. Tepper, we feel we are in good hands.

We finally moved into our dream home last weekend. The house was completely move-in ready and even completely cleaned once. Our sales consultant took very good care of us throughout the whole process. Only the customer service hotline had very long waiting times. All in all, we can highly recommend Okal, if you have neither time nor craftsmanship - like we do :-)
