We had already been to the car rental agency and our old translation wasn't accepted. Kai created a new translation for us within 1.5 hours. We are incredibly grateful for this, as otherwise our trip wouldn't have been able to continue as planned.

Printing the drivers license translation.
Contrary to various poor information I had received, when you arrive in Haneda T3 it is easy to find a 7 Eleven with a printer.
It's the Keikyu 7 Eleven. When you exit luggage and customs (2F), go past the Information booth and take the elevator up one floor to 3F, and the 7 Eleven is there. Easy! If you're lost, ask the Information booth.

I believe it's probably a one, or two man operation? Meaning, there is an amateurish aspect to it: no invoice number for exemple. I was a bit afraid because of that, wondering if it was a scam. Both my wife and I choose the translations of our driving license to be delivered as a 7-eleven code, and until the day before the delivery I was a bit stressed.
But One Click Japan delivered. We got both codes, as promised. And they were really easy to use on the printer of the convenience store (we received instructions by mail).
And we could rent a car with Toyota, no problem.
TL;Dr : they are trustworthy and deliver, but it might be a side gig 😉

Very good service, if you're going to Japan and you're a bit late like me for the translation of the license, very fast service via printing in a 7-eleven. On the spot I didn't go straight away and One Click Japan sent me back new codes to print. Very good follow-up and service

It was very easy to get in touch with German-speaking employees via Whatsapp. We actually wanted to have the driver's license sent to us for a total of €70 for security purposes. That would really be a completely wasted €20, as printing it out on site at any 7eleven is incredibly easy. (Even with step-by-step instructions, it's really very easy) Super customer service!
The fact that you need something like this, even though there are international driving licenses - it's just not that great, but it has to be...
