Several projects are either insolvent or are not paying and are no longer in touch. One Crowd doesn't know that exactly and obviously doesn't want to know.
Unfortunately, insolvencies are part and parcel of crowdinvesting. Every investor knows that. But: unlike other crowd platforms, OneCrowd does not provide any support. The answers you may receive are text modules, often with disastrous spelling and sometimes simply wrong. In the event of problems, information is provided far too late. Other platforms that have listed investments from the same provider are earlier.
Other platforms provide expert lawyers in the event of problems, bring investors together or even conduct test cases at their own expense. One Crowd simply states that it is not possible to contact the investment operator.
If criticism is voiced in the project channels and reference is made to court rulings that One Crowd has lost, this is deleted. Reason: Netiquette. Although there was no bad word in the comment.
This review is probably commented that you can always contact them by mail or phone. However, I have already done this several times. But nothing comes of it.
I have invested in almost 300 projects, 23 of them with One Crowd. Of the 15, seven are insolvent, six are unclear and two don't get in touch and don't pay.
You should really only invest in platforms that are members of the German Crowdfunding Association. Interestingly, OneCrowd is not included with any of its platforms.
