openHandwerk is a "software as a service" solution for craftsmen's businesses, construction companies and service companies for the digitalization of work processes from order acceptance to processing and invoicing. Employees receive their orders and information on the openHandwerk app and send photos, documents and videos to the office via the app while on the road.
By using openHandwerk, processes in the office as well as on construction sites are optimized. Employees work more effectively and can concentrate on the essentials. openHandwerk acts like a cockpit or front end in the office.
I am very new to working with OpenHandwerk. It is very intuitively designed, but of course you have to get used to some things. But the support is very helpful and clarifies questions quickly and easily.
I had a problem with an invoice that absolutely had to go out, because the program had calculated supposedly wrong sums together. Support always gets back to me very promptly, but in this case I explicitly pointed out the urgency of the matter. Less than 20 minutes later, Mr. Schicha from the support team got back to me and was able to explain immediately what caused the problem, how to solve it and how to avoid it in the future. The guys & gals who work at openHandwerk know your software and can not only sell it, but also operate it! I would have liked to do without the problem (was a self-inflicted) but this has shown me again why I changed the software & went to openHandwerk - thank you!
