I have been working with OPTICA for almost 20 years and am very satisfied. even the small problems that occur from time to time with the mobile version on tablet and smartphone are solved quite promptly. however, if there are any repayments due from the health insurance companies, I would like the payment request from OPTICA to be sent again in writing, otherwise it is easy to forget. thank you very much for the cooperation so far.
