Precise explanations, including what the pitfalls could be (varifocal). You feel that you are in good hands, as plan B can also be discussed if something subjectively doesn't fit. Time is taken. All positive.

My brother and I have each bought 5 pairs of glasses from Henze. We are particularly pleased with Ms. Shenkman, who ordered certain models of glasses from a specific manufacturer in Italy for my brother as a long-standing customer and immediately met my brother's taste. As a result, my brother was able to buy a great pair of varifocals again. I also found a very nice Italian model in the store and also bought a new pair of varifocals. Thank you very much for this.

Had consultation with Ms. Shenkmann and fitting with Ms. Koch, both are super friendly and competent, answer every question. And they don't sell or push the most expensive things straight away.
Not bad, but worth mentioning that unfortunately I only got my glasses three weeks after I called. There were a lot of holidays, but then you should specify 2-3 weeks during the sales talk and not one week.
And informing customers would be great.

I needed a new pair of varifocals and received excellent support from Ms. Koch. She explained the measurement and the structure of the lens to me in detail so that it was very easy for me to choose the lens. She also gave me very good advice when it came to choosing a model. As I hadn't found a model in the store that I was completely convinced of, she sent more from the other store and even ordered them from the manufacturer. That's how customer orientation works for me, a really great experience. Thank you very much, I'll be back for my next pair of glasses!
