Simply & great how Martin Ledvinka advises people like me - without great previous knowledge in financial matters - competently and easily understandable. I was also very impressed by the possibility to build up a passive income "on the side" so easily and without any financial investment at all. I got to know Martin Ledvinka a few years ago through an entrepreneur platform and was interested in his offer.
Due to his pleasant manner, but above all because he has already been working at one location in this business area for a long time and enjoys a very good reputation, I let myself be advised by Mr. Ledvinka.
To this day I am absolutely satisfied. The statements he made years ago have come true, he understands very well how to present all general conditions in a transparent way and does not sell you the blue of the sky as I have often experienced in the investment industry.

Nowadays it is hardly possible to find the right investment product for oneself without competent advice. Martin manages through intensive consultation to tease out exactly what you really want. He explains comprehensively about possible chances but also about the risks. Here he shows possibilities from the classic real estate investment to very exciting crypto products and has something for every taste in the portfolio. In the end, you are always a little wiser.

To invest in real estate, you should first be a real estate type (although there is also scope here to address different needs with different projects). Martin's hobbyhorse is care real estate, here it is about rather long-term capital commitment with high returns. My recommendation is to definitely seek advice from Martin on these matters, because he has empathy and a huge wealth of experience to find the right project for any investor. And even if you are aiming for a short-term capital commitment, Martin is my number 1 contact person in investment questions, because you immediately notice in a conversation that the topic is his passion.

Mr. Ledvinka is always up to date on investments. He is always available for questions and carefully explains possible risks, thus saving the client from losses that would not be acceptable to him. He has an expertise that not many in his industry are likely to have.

Mr. Ledvinka came to us especially for the consultation because my pregnant wife wanted to be there. He asked us specific questions to find out what we actually wanted. I am an experienced real estate investor and wanted to have nursing care real estate as an addition to the portfolio. The advice was so convincing that I successfully financed an apartment right on our doorstep. The right of pre-occupancy for us and our family also played a major role. However, it was Mr. Ledvinka who first brought us to this advantage. I thank him for his understanding manner, patience and unobtrusive persistence, which brought us a quick decision. I have already requested another unit from him and can recommend him without reservation.
