Pantelis Germanidis

I came across Pantelis and his work via Instagram. What interested me from the beginning were his holistic approaches and his efforts to bring light into the "health & supplement jungle". The goal of his joint coaching with Kyriaki is not only to eliminate symptoms, but above all to give the body again self-empowered what it needs (body feeling). To bring the body back into balance.

I have come to know him as an approachable, conscientious, inquisitive and empathetic person. His expertise is characterized by the deep well-founded knowledge, which was provided to me as a coaching participant in a vividly processed form. It is like a toolbox that enables me to implement the measures at my own pace. Beyond the processing of the individual topics, the exchange in a Telegram group created by him & Kyriaki is very helpful and supportive in many situations.

I myself underestimated the depth and scope of the measures shared. Processes are triggered, which affect not only the body but also the mind and soul.

Conclusion:

I can heartily recommend the work of Pantelis. His cooperation with Kyriaki complements each other ideally, so that both can use their strengths profitably for the coaching participant.

After a long time of thinking back and forth, I let Kiki and Pantelis coach me in September 2022 - I can only recommend it to everyone to do the same :D
I laughed and cried in the lifecalls... but most important: I learned something for life. This may sound exaggerated, but trust me: it's real. I can't even begin to list how many false daemons and wannabes I've fallen prey to and how much money I've lost... but this is the only place where I've been given a sensible plan on how to get healthy again, which supps help me noticeably and what makes sense for me. And even if I don't implement all measures yet (sports -cough-), I can definitely notice an improved quality of life. My sleep has become much better and more restful and my period has finally settled down after more than two years ... these were the most important points for me.

They do a really valuable job and I'm glad I sought their help. I love that they continue to provide us with their research and are always good for a laugh. You are not left alone even after the topics are worked out and the group with the other participants is very very educational!
As I said... I can recommend the coaching with a clear conscience and would book it again and again!

Super coaching!!!Had done a lot of research and also coaching before the coaching, but everything had not really felt right. Then when I did the coaching last year with Kyriaki and Pantelis, I knew after a short time that it is exactly the right thing and just my head and my gut told me, this is exactly what we were looking for and it feels so good and so right. Just everything makes sense and ties together. The two have built up a really good coaching, what I liked especially that even after the coaching you still get a lot of information and always the questions are answered. I have completed the 3 month health coaching with Pantelis and his business partner Kyriaki until the end of 2022.
In public mostly Pantelis appears. Kyriaki stays rather in the background. She contributes in particular through her well-founded and in-depth research. Both always have their finger on the pulse and are up to date on health topics. Their posts on Instagram also show this. In German-speaking countries, they were - among the first - to make the topics of copper, seratonin, vitamin E, etc. known. The coaching includes several topics that build on each other, such as red light, which lead to a healthier lifestyle. Together with the sound evaluation of the hair mineral analysis a perfect combination. Life change is a process and not a one-time event. Pantelis and Kyriaki are always available to answer questions. In addition, one can build on the advice of the other coaching participants.

You can tell the two of them are completely passionate about coaching. I am very happy that they accompany me on this path and that I can count on their support. I recommend the health coaching to anyone who wants to take their health to the next level.

A year ago I got terrible hair loss and was tired every day, woke up virtually tired and limp and I went to the doctor. A check of my blood work and stool samples revealed that I had yeasty deficiencies and I was recommended quite a few supplements, plus plant based protein shakes as I had been vegan for 10 years. With all this stuff I became suspicious and questioned my vegan life goal and I came across Kiki and Pantelis and after a conversation I decided without further ado to put myself in their hands. What is already money for vacation, clothes and Co. my health, my body stands in the first place and I have dared it and have not regretted a cent. The change of my diet was not easy at the beginning, but through all the background information and the company I went further and felt it on my own body and still feel it now, it gets better. There are soooo many areas where we can actively do something and each piece of the puzzle contributes to my recovery. I am infinitely grateful to both of them, also for their warm human nature!

All of this doesn't stop after coaching. My sleep optimization and the movement training are my current topics and clearly it takes the real want, not just the wish that it gets better, no my active doing and I am already so proud of me, my body, which is a true marvel.

I wish all who decide to do so, soon improvement of their issues and deep trust in their body, there are solutions.

Although I have been working in the health scene for many years and I already have a lot of profound knowledge and experience, the coaching of Kyriaki and Pantelis has absolutely inspired me and brought me a big step forward in my own health. Through the coaching I got a deeper insight into various physical processes and understand connections much clearer now. The body, health and life itself is simply like a clockwork that consists of many individual cogs that are all interconnected and affect each other. After my health kept going downhill and I was pretty much on the way to "giving up" and depression due to chronic pain, my daughter brought Pantelis to my attention. Since I have been questioning many conventional medical treatments for a long time and since "C", it was refreshing to learn what is not true about what we are told. However, to me, Pantelis and Kyriaki's knowledge seems very sound and their advice/recommendations really make sense in my eyes. Of course I can't expect my complaints to disappear in no time, they took years to build up. In any case, I have now finally been given, among other things, through the evaluation of the HMA (thanks Kiki 🥰) something to deal with. First successes in the form of more energy and especially confidence have set in relatively quickly. The coaching was fun, eye-opening and gave me access to an incredibly nice group. My health journey began a few years ago and I really got to know some well-known coaches and doctors, tried a lot of things and of course left my money everywhere. At some point I got stuck with Kyriaki and through her I came across pantelis and for me it was clear relatively quickly, as soon as I can, I have to do the coaching. For the first time I saw someone who educated gesundheitsmyten, even if a lot of things were hard to accept, my feeling told me you have to do it now and I am infinitely grateful and happy that I did. Pantelis and kyriaki are both always available for one and look for a solution together with one. The group and the exchange with the other participants is worth its weight in gold and I was not allowed to get to know anywhere else on my journey. It was exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. Pantelis always took a lot of time, we talked about God and the world in every lesson before we got to the content. Hour by hour I understood things more and more and finally all the chaos in my head regarding health is quieter and I understand the connections better. He always made enough time for questions as well. Both of them are always learning and sharing their knowledge with us, kyriaki is a tireless busy bee, constantly trying to understand connections even better and share them with us. The coaching of Pantelis and Kyriaki is eye-opening...misconceptions in the medical and "health industry" are clarified in an understandable way. I can only recommend Pantelis' coaching. Existing health myths are cleared out of the way and replaced by new, scientifically proven facts, some of which really make you wonder what nonsense is spread in society.
The information learned is easy to implement and I have felt for a long time that I am on the right path to finally becoming symptom-free and healthy.

Problems like constant fatigue and weakness have already improved during the coaching. The coaching is not a quick fix, but a path to sustainable health with consistent implementation of the measures.

I find it particularly positive that Pantelis is always available and that one has permanent access to all information and Pantelis' advice even after the coaching has ended.

Have over the last few years already tried a lot myself and was also I think on a good path but there were just subtleties where it was still missing and where I just have not progressed eg my years of severe iron deficiency. Then I saw on Instagram a video of Pantelis on the subject and then booked me a consultation appointment and shortly thereafter started the coaching.
I have learned some new things and see some things again from another side.
Regarding iron deficiency, which is actually a copper deficiency, as I learned, I noticed the success pretty quickly and I also notice a difference in the metabolism. The measures of the HMA I implement grad brav and am curious what is still doing everything.
It's also great that I can continue to participate in the group after coaching and always be informed about all new findings and that you are not left to your own devices afterwards.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to take their health to a new level. Pantelis and Kiki are 2 very loving and dedicated people who bring order to today's health clutter. I came to them a few months ago with low energy, PMS and skin issues. I had some prior knowledge through self research, however they helped me systematically work on my issues and were able to nudge me in the right direction again on a few things. You get valuable knowledge and all the tools to take your health into your own hands. So I could notice an improvement in my symptoms after only a few weeks. My PMS has completely disappeared and my skin and energy are also improving. I also notice that many psychological processes are triggered by the mineralization 😃 I also find the exercise training and the Whatsapp group very valuable where new insights are constantly shared and an exchange with other coaching participants takes place. I don't know where to start, but after almost 15 years of illness (chronic Lyme disease, fibromyalgia and CFS), which had been dismissed by conventional medicine and was supposedly out of treatment, I met Pantelis and Kiki with God's help. Although I hardly had the money, I invested in the coaching because my feeling told me: here you are right for the first time!
No doctor before could help me let alone explain my questions and symptoms. Daily exhaustion, dizziness, pain all over the body and severe dizziness and panic attacks due to inflammation, as well as constant, unprovoked bruises all over the body robbed me of almost 15 years of my life. Since the coaching, things have gotten better. The two do not offer the ultimate healing plan, but are with heart and soul to help me find my way back to life. Some things have already improved after 4 months, such as bruises on the body for no reason. They do not come anymore. Also my supposedly innate map tongue has calmed down completely. This shows me that the body is beginning to gradually regenerate. Other symptoms are not as strong as in the last years. Not everything disappeared overnight, which could have developed over the years due to deficiencies, but with Kiki and Pantelis it is getting better day by day. As I said, the two are not interested in perfectionism and exaggerated promises of healing, but in individual solutions and also take time to research, analyze and clarify things outside of coaching. I am very grateful for every minute they took time for me. This is not a matter of course and it shows that they are not only concerned about the money but also about the people behind it. I have already been through a long odyssey of alternative practitioners and self-experiments and none really brought success. I am all the more grateful that I came across Pantelis and Kiki. Already at the first meeting with Pantelis it was clear to me that this man has what it takes and can help me. This first impression did not deceive me. The whole coaching that Pantelis offers together with Kiki is different from anything I have seen or done before.
The goal of coaching is to bring people back to their own health and give them all the tools and information to take care of themselves autonomously and intuitively. And the best part is that the information and tools are prepared in such a way that you can access them at any time and are also regularly updated and brought up to date by Pantelis and Kiki.
The coaching itself was super structured. In addition to many detailed, personal calls, in which Pantelis took a lot of time to explain the topic to be discussed in detail, every question was answered and I also received valuable background information. After now more than 18 years of research in the field of health, I have tried many things to regain my health. In some areas I was successful, in others little or not at all. This was partly because I fell for some falsehoods (e.g. serotonin lie). So I continued to suffer from an anxiety disorder, chronic fatigue/lack of energy, digestive problems and migraines with aura. The decision to seek coaching from Pantelis and Kiki was the right one. Pantelis was able to open up new perspectives for me with his extensive knowledge and offer solutions. Some problems could be solved with his competent help in a relatively short time, with others one gets on the road to recovery, even if it is still long.

Having reached the biggest low point of my life, I decided to do the coaching with Pantelis and Kiki.
All the years before I tried pretty much everything promising to achieve physical and mental health.
Unfortunately, it was all short-lived and I ended up more drained than before.
With these two, it was the other way around.
At first I was a bit "disappointed" because nothing worked.
Everything that you thought you knew and seemed to be healthy is turned upside down.
From week to week you are led back to your roots. That is exhausting at first, but then it suddenly goes uphill. You are guided back into personal responsibility. You finally get to know your body and its needs again. You realize what you need and what is not good for you - intuitively.

I started the coaching with Pantelis at the beginning of January and had to fight with some complaints. My biggest problem was my eczema on the skin which I had mainly on the neck and upper back area (for about 3 years). I have been to the dermatologist many times and have been given creams with Coritson which always made things better but in the long run was simply not a solution because the eczema kept coming back in batches.
After I started the coaching with Pantelis (incl. mobility training) and then implemented a lot of what I learned, I could notice after only 2 months that my eczema were all gone and now after another 3 months have not reappeared! That was just so great for me to observe, because it has already burdened me very much, because I had it in the colder time even in places in the face.
I have changed some things in the diet and have taken the supplements that are important and useful and not just wildly taken anything from which you think you need it, but it harms you more than helps. I have learned a lot for me personally, especially I now know what is good and do not have to follow every health trend, because I know exactly what is good and what is bad. There is a lot of information about what has to do with health and you simply get a very good overview of the various current topics.
What I also like very much is that even after you have finished the coaching, you can still contact Pantelis if you have any questions and you can still participate in the flexibility training.

The confusions of my lifestyle, especially the vegetarian/vegan diet have left physical and strong psychological traces. These did not go away overnight.
Many symptoms have improved or disappeared for me. Others are still there or intensify at times, some are just now coming to light as the metabolism slowly ramps up.

There is still a long way to go until I overcome the missteps of my past. So that I can really say that I am doing well. Everything takes time, the body takes time. Coaching is not a quick fix, although there are certainly quick successes and also spontaneous healings. However, I have peace of mind and clarity and a foundation to always go by. I don't need any further coaching and that is a good feeling!
Also, that I can continue to be in the group gives me a lot of support and gives me strength to continue.

I can really recommend the coaching with Pantelis and Kiki, because you get a comprehensive and individual advice about nutrition, supplements and other health measures. It is also explained in detail about food supplements, which are also often recommended in the alternative health scene, but actually further damage the health in the long run.
