It was a very exciting, informative and entertaining workshop, in which there was enough time and space to talk and think about things that you don't find time for in your everyday work. Mr. Loof and his colleague led very professionally through the day.
I did something like this for the first time and I thought it was a very positive experience.
I was able to learn a lot of new things and also got a lot of new insights.
I would like to do such a workshop again.
The workshop was a really great experience with a lot of personal exchange. I think the 1.5 days have brought us closer together again as a firm. I hope we can build on this and tackle many things better in the future and look to the future with satisfaction and motivation as a team.
Our seminar leader Ms. Yvonne Dreier explained the contents very well and understandably. She responded to comments and wishes of the seminar participants.
I would recommend you to acquire new orders less often in the workshops. Sentences like ...this is another topic we should work on in another workshop.... sound almost like "selling through fear".
Mr. Loof analyzes our company very well and precisely. From this, he draws the right conclusions and recommends the necessary measures with the necessary priorities in a targeted manner.
The evaluation page is only conditionally suitable for all employees or colleagues. The "simple" colleague knows neither price nor scheduling agreements with the GF.
As far as the performance is concerned, one really has to praise. The presentation style was very catchy and entertaining. Our workshop in general was challenging, but not overwhelming.
With his experience and his overall manner, Mr. Loof was able to provide us with exactly the right content and tools that we needed in this situation. The consulting will help to push the structural development of the company.
Ich finde PAON sehr theorethisch, was bei dem Thema aber auch nicht anders machbar ist.
Die PAON ist natürlich kein Problemlöser, die müssen wir im Betrieb selber lösen, aber die PAON gibt eine gute Empfehlung für den Weg dorthin.
