The Scottsdale penthouse apartment was everything we could have hoped for! Amazing location, space, and accommodations. The service provided by Parsons Villas was top notch. Would definitely recommend Parsons Villas to anyone visiting and would book with them again in the future!

The villa was beautiful and quiet while still being centrally located near all dining and entertainment.. The grounds were very well maintained and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior was clean had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a few days. Micheal was kind and knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We had an amazing time! We held a staff retreat for our small 6-couple team, and it was such a great place to stay for this. Everyone had their own room and own bathroom, the outside activities were such a blessing, and the home had all the amenities we needed.

I would like to speak with Sean Parsons, or a senior person within the company management. Although our stay was satisfactory, we had a very distasteful and unprofessional text exchange at the beginning of our stay that soured our experience. Additionally there were some issues with the home that should be brought to your attention that I prefer not to address in this forum. I found the booking process to be quite confusing. I think the management company can work on streamlining the process to function more in line with its competition. I also received information that I had to download an app to gain entry to the property, which turned out to be incorrect. I reached out to inquire about why our reservation did not appear in the app, but received no response. Then, a few hours before our arrival, I got a note from the host with accurate information.
To be clear, the stay itself was delightful, but I don’t think I would book a Parsons property again because of the process.

Very private, nice pool and jacuzzi, easily communicated with the owner and they were prompt on any requests. Lovely environment! Horses next door and as you walked it was a horse community with trails across the street and all very nice homes. Easy to get anywhere to shop.. we will be back!

We overall enjoyed our stay. The main thing we would like to see changed are the big dolls that are just sitting next to the bathroom (as well as the 10+ small dolls stowed away) - they were very creepy and really we don't see why they should be there. If families with children happen to stay we really think they would bring their own dolls etc. The dolls did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, spacious and the public/shared amenities were nice.

Had a lovely, relaxing stay. The Cabin Casita was well equipped, had comfortable furnishings and nice bath towels. The pool area was very attractive and relaxing. Location was secluded but fairly close to nice restaurants, good hiking trails and other attractions. We would stay there again.

We were a little shocked to see stains all over the carpets and bedding. This was for our private clients so it was embarrassing that the house wasn’t well maintained and. definitely has a lot of wear and tear. Smoke detector batteries were going off at 3 am.

The Loft Casita was such a beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We spent the afternoon of our last day at the property enjoying the hot tub and the views. Would definitely return.

The house and grounds are beautiful, but the cleaning was lacking . The house needs a thorough cleaning. Upholstry was actually dusty. Also some very basics in the kitchen should be provided, like salt and pepper!
