The coaching with Patrick was groundbreaking and eye-opening. He managed to help me question myself and my own decisions with targeted reflection questions. I will continue to take these impulses and insights with me beyond the three hours and look forward to growing with them.
I was particularly enthusiastic about the playful applications, the creative exercises, which made the coaching particularly colorful. So it felt like we not only worked together online, but used the space around me. Patrick knew how to respond spontaneously to our needs at any time and adjust the flow of the session accordingly. I can recommend everyone to take advantage of Patrick's offer.

An eye-opening workshop that has helped me a lot. I learned a lot about myself and about my workshop partner. It also positively influenced the relationship between the two of us. I know how to approach my challenges and have been able to take away important impulses - especially in writing. I have learned important tools and feel prepared for similar situations that life still has in store. I left the workshop with a very good, invigorated feeling.

Patrick is a very competent, friendly, helpful, motivating coach. His input to my/our challenges, problems and issues was always very helpful and gave us new impulses. His "testing" manner and his handling of time, has brought about great efficiency for our progress. I always felt in good hands and looked forward to each session. Especially the theoretical "tools" he gave me were good food for thought to classify what I had experienced or to tackle to-dos. I am really looking forward to working with Patrick again!
