Clear recommendation. Again and again with pleasure

I was about 1 1/4 year with Patrick Herzog in personal individual training. Our goal was weight loss and muscle building. Both worked out great. I lost almost 20% of my body weight during this time. Mobility and balance have improved considerably; my strength has increased significantly and I am proud of my push-ups. I am enjoying exercise and sports again (hiking with good inclines, intermediate sprints on my 8-10km walking tours, hours of dedicated dancing at the club, etc) and feel fitter than ever at age 60. Of course, it cost me more than a gym subscription, but it was definitely worth it for me because Patrick's unobtrusive commitment kept me motivated, he corrected me on how to do the exercises so I could do them correctly at home, he adjusted the exercises to my exact level at the time and incorporated any new deficiencies that came up. I have been looking for the right personal trainer for years and found it with Patrick Herzog: No false promises, but the most professional and modern training as well as personalized nutritional advice. You notice in every training session that here both the academic foundations (sports studies, etc.) as well as the latest updates (regular advanced courses in the U.S.) and lived example come together.

I'm now two years in, have massively lost fat mass and built muscle mass, plus made progress with mobility. Another example that positively distinguishes Patrick from other trainers: He also teaches you how to effectively continue your workout "on the road", for example in a hotel room, with minimal tools. For this purpose, for example, videos of the exercise program suitable for the training phase are recorded on one's own smart phone before a trip and commented with recommendations. In this way, you don't lose touch even if you travel frequently.

I am very pleased with the result achieved: about 5kg of muscle mass built and body fat reduced to 8%.

In addition, Patrick conveys a lot of competence based on both sound theoretical knowledge and broad practical experience. I don't think there are many personal trainers who are equally qualified and work with their clients as individually as Patrick.
