I have been looking for a company that could provide quality water proof labels for a very long time. I stumbled across Print Design & Tech R US LTD via Google searching, last year October 2024. Since then I have used them another 3 times and we will continue to do so. Olivia and her team are fantastic, from the proofing, making a phone call to ensure the correct information. The quality of the labels are just what we have been looking for.

The process of gaining a quote was more in depth but very simply done, I was folleeed up promptly with a phone call to gather further information and to get my job going. A digital mock up was made so I could see exactly what I was getting. So impressed! Will definitely be reaching out to Packaging Boxes. in the future for more boxes

Brian Smith and his Manager and staff have been amazing with implementing our label designs and preparing the items. We receive regular updates on the progress of the printing stages and Brian is more than happy to make changes to our labels.

We had an amazing first time with them, the second time around we had some communication and delay issues, but they apologised and the third order has been much smoother again. Overall very happy.

Only comment I would add, is that the packaging could be a bit better to protect the product better.

We needed small simple boxes to protect some of our product during shipping. Ordering was simple and fast. Turnaround was speedy and delivery was made in around the time quoted. Boxes are just as we wanted. We will be ordering other products soon.
