I have been training regularly with Patrick at Fitness Power Point since last October, initially once a week and twice a week for the last few months. Since I have been training regularly with Patrick and he has adapted the training plan to my health, I have hardly any pain and I feel fit and more flexible. i can only recommend Patrick. he explains and demonstrates all the exercises and makes sure you do them correctly.And he always has new exercises in store, which makes Patrick a very good personal trainer, he is always there for you, if there are problems with losing weight or nutrition, he always has an open ear, I feel comfortable in the Fitness Power Point and have a very good trainer at hand, which should continue to be the case.
