Your expertise and the practical knowledge imparted were already valuable time and again during the seminar phase for discussions with my customers in the commercial lending sector and thus at the long end also for my customers themselves.
The areas of consulting, customer service and price/performance remained unevaluated because I, as a seminar participant sent by my employer, cannot judge these areas.
