We are a large beer garden and popular destination with many tables and seats in Horb am Neckar and a high guest frequency. Until now, it was never necessary to work with reservations. Like so many things, Corona changed this overnight. The government made it a requirement to offer guests a reservation option, document it, and assign each guest a table that had been sanitized beforehand. Ensuring this presented us with a major challenge.
From the very first phone call to PEZULA Projects, it was clear that we were in good hands. Not because they promised to program better than others, but because they listened to us, asked about our needs, and continued to set up our operation as efficiently as possible. Even though the task was very complex, our expectations were always met to our complete satisfaction. Precisely because our many years of practical experience were taken into account throughout the entire development process, a system was created in a very short time that enables us to operate our seating highly efficiently - whether with walk-in guests or with reservations.
Small programming errors or necessary improvements were immediately corrected and implemented (immediately or overnight (!). We were kept informed about the current status. An excellent customer service, from which many software developers can learn.
We are already looking forward to the next projects with PEZULA Projects and on the way to Gastronomy 4.0.
