The way the staff treat my mother is very caring and empathetic, it's so warm and nice. At the beginning I thought we were just lucky with the first caregiver, but now the third one is here and everything is great. The costs are also really fair compared to other providers.
I would like to praise the Erni care agency for its competent, fast, serious and absolutely credible work. I have already got to know several other providers of 24-hour care and can therefore say: I have finally found the right one.
The care agency Erni is a wonderful organization where my husband and I feel very comfortable, unfortunately the care insurance does not pay all the costs and the savings do not last forever.
The Erni agency can be recommended without hesitation. Unfortunately, the costs are quite high, especially as the caregivers change every few weeks and the arrival and departure days always have to be paid twice, as do public holidays. Unfortunately, one of the ladies was completely unsuitable for the tasks to be performed (Parkinson's disease), although her profile supposedly stated that she had experience with Parkinson's disease. This nurse was also unruly and lazy and unfortunately could only be replaced after 4 weeks. That was an expensive 4 weeks!
I have used the services over 4 years to varying degrees as 24-hour care and as a home help/ everyday companion for various relatives. I was very satisfied with the cooperation, reliability and professionalism of the agency.
The selection of nursing staff is positive, and Erni's arrival and on-site service are also very good. Unfortunately, the ladies change every 6-8 weeks and you should take the time to talk to the new ladies right at the beginning and determine topics.
We asked for supervisors with good German, but never got one. The women were nice and tidy but their German was never good. Our mother got on with the women but we children would have liked better German for €3000 a month. The care agency was there a few times and translated and helped. They also said "that's good German" but in our eyes it really wasn't.
The communication and professional implementation of Pflegeagentur Erni is good. The caregivers placed have mostly met our expectations, if not, the employees of Pflegeagentur Erni have looked for a solution, which has actually always been found. We have only been clients for two years and have felt well looked after.
Erni's organization, accessibility, mediation and service are very good, everything is worth the money and a ray of hope in an otherwise very dark night.
So far we have had the pleasure of getting to know three caregivers from Poland. Two of them were good. There were always minor problems with one of them, which were quickly resolved by the Erni care agency. The local service provided by Erni is excellent.
