I happened to see Phil in Tiktok and the videos came at the right time. I didn't doubt the coaching for a second. I was struggling with a lot of fears and insecurities, from call to call I learned so much about myself, grew beyond myself and became more confident. I bought the Love and Trust video course because I have been following Phil on social media for a long time and his videos have helped many times.
The course has made a huge positive difference to my life! I've even worked through it several times. In Part 1, Self-Love, I had an Ahamoment in almost every video and everything is easy to follow and implement and I can practice everything directly and improve myself. In Part 2 Self-Confidence, things got even more intense for me. I can absolutely confirm what Phil always says: it's not difficult, it's just a lot! And Phil shows such effective techniques in there that sometimes I almost fell off my stool. What he teaches really works. Many of my friends and relatives talk to me about how positively I have changed and how confident and relaxed I am now. So let's face it, I never expected a video course to be so extremely effective in building self-love and self-confidence. Phil has far exceeded my expectations!!! The Practitioner training with Phil was unparalleled! I never thought it was possible that I could change my whole life so easily! I am not just a better salesperson in my own business. My mind is off, my past no longer hurts me and I have more confidence in my relationship than ever before. This has completely changed my relationship with my husband in just a few weeks. For the better! I now understand his communication and his metaprograms and can respond to him in a completely different way. Thank you Phil for allowing me to complete the basic training to "clean out my own basement" with you. I know many coaches, but no one who has anywhere near as many skills as you! And no one who has ever been able to teach me anything so well. My recommendation to anyone who, like me, has got nowhere with therapy or simply wants to learn how to live free from useless thoughts and free from the past. The training was not just like a classic training (I have already completed 2), where you learn the things and are then sent home without having practiced them extensively. on the contrary. This training lasted a week longer, which meant that we were all able to really practice and master the techniques we had learned. In other words, the training was accompanied by extensive training and Phil even took the trouble to coach each individual participant 1:1 during the training, so that at the end the basement was really tidied up, even with difficult childhood issues. Phil has not only created an absolute no-brainer offer, in which I received training + training + 1:1 coaching, but he is really interested in every participant and is on a human level that is second to none. In a word: formidable.

To be completely honest, I couldn't really believe him at first. My self-esteem was at a staggering 2 out of 10, suffocated by fears and shame. How was a girl who hid even from her own friends, afraid to meet them on the street and avoid conversations, ever going to become someone who no longer had to hide? A person who waited every second for the hours to pass. Who woke up every morning with the faint hope that it would soon be evening again so that he could go back to bed. How was I supposed to get from a 2 to a 6 or maybe even more? My thought was: hardly. And now? Well ... now I'm sitting here writing these words. Words about how this person deliberately didn't get me to a 10 out of 10, but to a proud 8 out of 10. But this 8 gave me something much more valuable: the ability to take the last step on my own and get myself to a 10 out of 10. And that's exactly what I'm saying thank you for today. That I did this coaching and tackled the hurdles. And above all, I am grateful that I didn't listen to all the people who wanted to stop me.

I felt at home straight away and Phil immediately made me feel at ease.
