Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of dealing with a somewhat overwhelmed employee who only managed to schedule the first treatment appointment. At this appointment, I was brought into the treatment room too late and was also left alone for a short time during the treatment due to a phone call. I was not able to make any further appointments due to the lack of staff at the reception, and unfortunately there was never a call back. Instead, after half a year, I received a bill for 12 euros for a single treatment. I think that there are certainly nice and very competent employees in physiotherapy, I just had the misfortune to have fallen on the wrong person.

I attended the Baby Package Plus course with my baby. The organization beforehand and on site was great. I was able to make up appointments not attended due to illness without any problems. The learning videos by Beate and Frauke contain a lot of interesting knowledge and tips about motor development in the first year and how parents can promote this specifically. THANK YOU for that! The appointments in the swimming hall were with varied exercises and songs, which were repeated and consolidated at each appointment. Steffi was considerate and offered alternative exercises if babies (or parents ;-)) were unsure. The atmosphere was relaxed. THANKS also for that. The pool (Schwimmhalle Bühlau) is well suited - sufficiently large pool. The water temperature should be a little warmer. Since the course is popular, the number of participants was quite high (about 15-20 parents plus 1 child each). The time in the water (30 minutes) goes by quite quickly, but for the babies longer is probably too exhausting. I found it a bit annoying that the next course starts directly afterwards. In the locker rooms and showers, this creates a lack of space. Perhaps a small time window as a buffer would be helpful.

Overall, highly recommended - the team makes a great effort.

I took the Babypaket Plus and Zwergenfit classes with the first child and thought it was so great that child 2 is now also enjoying the classes and I am also taking Bodyfit after pregnancy. All the classes taken so far have been helpful, varied and looked forward to each week. The leaders are all friendly and competent contact persons (Beate and Susi THANK YOU!) Also the course administration is very helpful, friendly and tries to make everything possible for course participants (whether it is to open a new course because of long waiting lists, exchange or patience with vouchers) I can only recommend it to everyone. You have earned 10 stars! Keep up the good work. I will be back with child 3 :)

The aqua fitness for pregnant women is really top. The exercises prepare well for the birth and the time after. If you don't manage one exercise, an individual solution is found. Simply great. I like to come back again and again.

I went to the baby swimming class with my son. He had so much fun and a lot was done with the kids. Not only for the babies it was an acquaintance with the wet, but also for the parents it was an important course in dealing with the child in deeper water (grip techniques and safety). The instructor was very sympathetic and absolutely not demanding. Everyone participated only in what he felt safe (also in terms of diving).

I went to the practice with my daughter for treatment and was very satisfied. The team on site is very friendly. The therapist had a great way with children and was very competent, so the 6 sessions led to a good result.
After that we also took the baby swimming class and are thrilled. The babies enjoy it and it is a pleasant atmosphere with the other parents and babies in the water. The half hour always flies by.
Next we will also attend the baby gymnastics at the physiotherapy.
