I signed a contract to have the skylights of my house cleaned. Since November 2018, I have been trying to make an appointment. On the agreed date no one showed up. There was also no cancellation .On another email I got after a long time an appointment for the following day. I had to cancel the , because I am at work .Another email from me was answered only in January 2019. There were employees sick , the computer crashed etc . I wrote again an email. After a long time came an answer .I should give my phone number. I have not received a call until today. This company is not reliable and not recommended.

The consultation at the beginning of our project was excellent. Every individual wish was taken into account. The execution was good. I would have liked more communication in between. The quality was impeccable. Rework and defects, which always exist, were quickly eliminated or taken care of.

It's a good thing I chose this roofing company! Although I had other offers that were more favorable in price, I chose this company. The personal, competent and friendly advice from Mr. Pilch convinced me. No matter what questions I had, Mr. Pilch took his time and answered and explained everything to me in detail. This is a service that I have not experienced with any other roofing company and which remained until the completion of the new roofing. Thumbs up for Pilch Dachbau.
