Herr Bökemeier hat mich ausgezeichnet beraten. Erreichbarkeit und Terminvergabe waren hervorragend. Die Beratung war detailreich - mit viel Platz für meine Fragen. Man trifft auf diese Weise eine überlegte Entscheidung. Auf meine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurde sehr gut eingegangen. Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, dass mir etwas verkauft werden will, wovon ich nicht überzeugt bin. Sowohl die Kundenorientierung als auch die Beratung kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I had problems with my provider because of a risk surcharge, which was not removed despite the fact that the reason for it no longer applied. We could then clarify but good. I only had problems finding the office at first, because the directions were complicated and Maps did not work for me, but the rest was very good.
