From the initial appointment to the signing of the contract, we were very well advised by Mr. Mellin. Mr. Mellin took a lot of time to answer all our questions. In the property search, you also helped us a lot, in that you could provide us with info that we could not get at all. Because of price-performance ratio I can not say anything, because we did not bear the cost of planning our house. It is settled with the building company Heinz von Heiden. However, the construction costs for the house are reasonable.

Dear Mr. Mellin,
I would like to thank you for your approach in financing our construction project. As it is known to you, our income in old age was not secured and we waited too long (almost 2 months) for the answer from another bank. With you we were able to get a meeting appointment the same evening. As for the cooling-off period, we didn't have any (only during the 3-hour meeting). However, this did not depend on you, but for other reasons. In other, not so urgent cases like ours, the time is certainly given. This is exactly how we cannot judge the service "separation from unsuitable financial products", because we did not use this service at all. In four days the decision of the bank was available.
