The motivated, competent and professional staff always explain everything very clearly and patiently and document the meetings carefully. They were also always on hand to help us with the financing of a home loan and got us top conditions. We have also received perfect support on several occasions with insurance claims. In addition to the professional aspects, however, I particularly like the fact that as a customer you can sense that there is a good working atmosphere. They work hand in hand and are in a good mood. We live in the Ruhr area and always handle everything completely digitally via video conference, which is no problem at all.
