Bei den angebotenen Hoergeräten der Krankenkasse haette ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht ( nicht nur ein Hoergeraet). Es wurde auch bei Nachfrage nicht erwaehnt, dass die Krankenkasse eine Servicepauschale, die alle Reparaturen und Wartungen in dem sogenannten Versorgungszeitraum von sechs Jahren abdeckt. Stattdessen wurde mir ein zusätzlicher Wartungsvertrag angeboten.

Als rechtlicher Betreuer eines geistig behinderten, schwerhörigen Mannes bin ich mit der gesamten Beratung und Versorgung durch die Firma Hörgeräte Pohland in Goch sehr ,sehr zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit. die Fachkompetenz, die Kulanz, auch bei finanziellen Schwierigkeiten, befindet sich auf höchstem Niveau. Selbst wenn der geistig behinderte Kunde unangemessen verbal aggressiv regiert, bleiben die Mitarbeitenden freundlich, verständnisvoll und professionell im Umgang. Toller Service!

Die Beratung hat mir sehr gut gefallen und der Kaffee natürlich ;)
Insgesamt komme ich schon lange hier her und bin immer wieder von der Leidenschaft begeistert die die Mitarbeiter ausstrahlen. In Kleve ist Pohland nicht mehr weg zu denken.
