The cooperation with Yvette was extremely goal-oriented for me in relation to the group, in that she worked out topics well and communicated solution strategies clearly.

She was able to transfer her in-depth theoretical knowledge to our practical work. She was able to illustrate complex concepts in a barrier-free way, which was/is an enrichment for the team. She is always available and accessible, even beyond the coaching sessions. Even in phases of collaboration where there are points of friction, she is respectful and always finds a way to work out solutions for the situation.
The media she uses between the individual work phases to loosen things up or for team building were always refreshing and new for us.

Basically, I can only recommend working with Yvette if you are prepared to change something for yourself and the team. There will be topics that you don't want to see or that she knows how to deal with.
