I am very, very happy with Prepaid-Hoster.de. The prices are very attractive and customer support responds at almost any time in under 30 minutes. However, I do have one small criticism: some special things don't work. For example, you can't currently write anything to the console via a Minecraft server. (but should be fixed in the next few days according to their own statements). In addition, the Vionity.de panel is practically unusable on cell phones. Otherwise the best hoster I've found out there. Definitely a HUGE RECOMMENDATION!

If the support team has already told you that the bug in the Minecraft console will be fixed soon, I have to ask for a little more patience. We are working on it.

Yes, the VCP is not particularly good on the phone. We've been working on a VCP 3 for some time now, which will definitely outshine everything compared to VCP 2. Unfortunately, I can't tell you when we'll be releasing it. It is also possible that we will release an APP for Cloud Manager server control beforehand to simplify administration on the move. But I have to ask for a little patience here - when we do something, we do it properly. Be sure to follow us on Twitter, Instagram or on our Discord server and check the VCP changelogs to make sure you don't miss any new features!

Even with support, it was not possible to set up a game server in the 7 test days.
There was also no serious attempt to actively deal with the problem. The support team responded relatively quickly, but unfortunately there is no real support for installation problems on the server side.

Our test servers are intended to give you an impression of how it is to work (or play) with us. Of course, we are very interested in ensuring that you can use your server without any problems. Some technical peculiarities, especially with games, have to be dealt with by customers themselves due to the scope. We offer really comprehensive yet competent support, but only superficially for game servers.

Otherwise, you can use the free test server to find out exactly whether you want to work with us. That's what this solution is for. It is a pity that we could not meet your expectations in the end.

Now, the login page (vionity.de) does not want to pass me through to my account

Provided password to vionity.de account while try to login shown "Wir konnten Dich mit diesen Daten leider nicht anmelden. Probiere es bitte erneut" error.
If I try to log in with my password from "prepaid hoster" - endless loading appears.

The ordering process (KVM Windows) was ok overall, although the result was somewhat surprising in two respects:
a) The monthly price does not include a Windows license. It is clear that this was somewhere in the fine print. But it was still surprising.
Here, a little more clarity in the upstream advertising section would be desirable ""A rogue who thereby....")
b) They have with Windows 2019 **+ 2022** advertised. could be ordered then but only V. 2019.

We do indeed advertise the Windows version with the addition (Eval.) for "Evaluation = test version", but I can understand your criticism. In the future, we will offer a custom ISO option in the web interface anyway, which will allow you to install your operating system yourself in a very flexible way without being dependent on us. The release of this function would then also solve your problem with Windows Server 2022, which we are currently unable to provide automatically due to technical hurdles.

After initial problems, but so far with almost every hoster, I am satisfied with the purchased package. Everything as described,
even if a few small things can always be better.

The documentation makes it possible, I think, even laymen to cope alone with the setup.
After a first rough scan, I also see no serious weaknesses, so the hoster seems to have worked quite well.

The price / performance ratio is also impressive

One can unfortunately not run multiple software at the same time... One would have to rent several servers whether to achieve my own goals... RAM capacity (4GB) reaches its limits very quickly and even with only one software...

thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, we don't quite understand why you hold us responsible for the consumption of RAM on your own server. How a server consumes its RAM is technically not within our control at all. If your application or operating system is pulling too much memory, there will be a reason for that. This is also very much dependent on the software itself.

You have rented a Windows server from us. This has "only" 4 GB RAM and 2 cores. So it should be clear that you can't do any rocket science on it.

Windows manages the memory usage itself, not us. You would have to adjust your Windows server to achieve a better performance. Please contact our support at www.vionity.de, so that we can help you.

Due to the order of several servers, a few errors occurred which were fixed by a ticket in the shortest possible time. The support is very transparent with regard to questions about the problem and their problem solving. As a customer you do not feel left alone.
