Although the broker was not commissioned by Pretura on my behalf, I still experienced the same service that one wishes for as a customer and which is unfortunately no longer a matter of course nowadays. My extra requests, such as the consideration that the next tenant takes over my kitchen, were implemented competently, reliably and very friendly during my early apartment handover due to moving away.

Recommendation
Mr. Schmitt gave us extremely customer-oriented advice during the lease negotiations. He was able to convince the landlord and implement most of our ideas. We have rarely seen such a service during our expansion, especially since Mr. Schmitt's commission was also lower due to the rent reduction. Many other brokerage houses can take a leaf out of this book. Gladly again!

The broker of Pretura has dealt very comprehensively with the sale of our house. He answered all our questions and also gave us good advice or support in finding a new property.
The viewings were carried out very discreetly, i.e. there were only real interested parties and no mass viewings. We can only recommend the service of Pretura.
