I've experienced minor but "strange" problems with other cultures. Concerning "India" I've been most challenged with "them" interacting with "Chinese", people from Pakistan aso. Understanding Indian mentality in more detail will help to coordinate my international projects. Thanks!
I found the training very pleasant because there was enough time for questions and concrete, real-life example situations clarified the individual aspects covered. The suggestions of the trainer, Prof. Dr. Simone Rappel, could also be applied under home office conditions between the units and the feedback could also be integrated in the training. I found the composition with colleagues from Germany and Denmark exciting, which made individual differences in relation to Indian customs stand out once again.
I can also very well imagine that Prof. Dr. Simone Rappel can give valuable hints in the context of an individual consultation for a special topic, since she has really made manifold experiences of many years. Our training was designed for a larger team and did not require the integration of this aspect.

Hi Simone. It's actually only the Quality and Value which I've been able to answer. The rest are inapplicable to me.
In general my feedback is that the course is very valuable and provides very good insight into the Indian mindset and culture. It sometimes feels as if you're touching areas that we never see in our daily communication with our Indian team and hence it feels like your input on the Indians are for a different segment than the IT people we're interacting with.
Also the insight into the difference between Germany and Denmark was very valuable.
