Managers and Change - Drivers or Worriers?", under my chairmanship of the "Leadership Circle of the Public Sector", on 22.10.2015 in Berlin, I appreciate him as a professional expert of topics for Human Resource Management. In particular, he focuses on developing specific programs for leadership development. He trains and coaches executives himself. His philosophy is to support executives with their differentiated and individual skills and competencies without imposing all-encompassing rules on them as part of a concept. He does not see coaching as an automatic repair of deficits, but as an integral part of executive development.
As a university lecturer of many years, Mr. Berger has comprehensive methodological knowledge and extensive practical experience in entrepreneurs in the private sector and public administrations.
