My memory tells me that when the order was accepted for waxing the new chain, a price of approximately €8.00 was quoted. The invoice now shows a price of €29.85!!!!!

Excellent advice. Quick inspection of our two e-bikes, which were ready for collection within three days. The washing facility restored the bikes to their former glory. This is the third time we have had our bikes serviced and repaired there, and next time we will definitely be returning to Projektbike.

Good advice, despite "prescribed" ergonomics, changes can be made as desired without neglecting ergonomics, and you get the feeling that they work with a lot of knowledge and a great desire to send every customer home 100% satisfied. I would use their services again anytime.
Whether or not the price/performance ratio is completely balanced is something everyone must decide for themselves. Of course, it is not always cheap, especially when new parts are added to improve ergonomics, but you should always be aware that you are investing in your health. For my part, it was definitely worth it so that I can cycle again without pain.

The e-bike to be repaired was analyzed by a calm, technically skilled employee. He took the time to comprehensively assess the condition of the relevant wear parts. Ultimately, the inspection was carried out within a reasonable time frame, the maintenance work performed was documented, explained in detail upon acceptance, and was clearly carried out reliably in practice.
