Hello and good morning,
I receive your newsletter regularly and have appreciated it so far. Today came an article about AKV. If you know anything about project management, you can only shake your head at the lay interpretation of the word "competence". Even my participants in seminars often get the idea that "competence" has something to do with qualification or skills. Unfortunately, with your interpretation you lead the readers on a completely wrong and fatal track. "Competence" means in the context of AKV (and this is extremely important!) "Decision-making competence". So: What may be decided in this role in this task? In my opinion, you could have read this at GPM or even at Wikipedia. See here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/AKV_(Planning_and_Organization). I recommend you to retract the post and improve it. As a colleague, it hurts me when someone who otherwise seems to do a good job shoots himself in the knee like that. In this respect: I am curious whether you will take up this comment. Best regards Anja Müller-Duhl, 11.5.23
Ps: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend you at the moment. I am sorry for that...
