Great course, you can see the fun and passion. Very well thought-out course, both in terms of the topics covered and the interpersonal aspect. Compared to "traditional teachers", the relaxed and open tone makes it fun to listen and work along. Despite the fast pace, there is a perfect balance of stories and small talk.

All in all, it was a very good seminar. The documents were comprehensively prepared and very easy to understand. The schedule was very well structured, which made the day very entertaining. All the examples were comprehensible, sometimes funny and from real life, which is enormously helpful in memorizing the content.
It really was a very cool week that will remain in my memory in the future.
It was a very informative seminar where you learned a lot not only about training but also about improving people skills. And especially in relation to trainees. You can tell that you stand behind what you say with hand and foot and that was very well received by me. I can recommend it with a clear conscience to prospective trainers and managers.

Sabine Plettenberg led our ADA course, she taught us everything we needed to know. Sabine led the course in a relaxed and confident manner. Every now and then we were able to hear a little joke from her professional life and so we always had something to laugh about. ISSO :-)
Sabine is a really great, dynamic and competent trainer. I did the preparation course for the "Ada certificate" with her. She knows what she is talking about and has illustrative and meaningful explanations for everything to give the participants an understanding of the subject matter.
