I would like to thank you for your wonderful support. I turned to you when I no longer knew how to go on. Private problems, professional problems. Pushing myself to the limit every day until I was exhausted and stuck in this hamster wheel.
Then came the point where I didn't want to go on like this. Then I met you, as if fate wanted it that way. Right from the start, my gut feeling was that I was in good hands with you.

We have now worked together for several hours and many things in my life have changed in a wonderful way. Self-satisfaction, calmness, positive thoughts and positive feedback.

Yes, it is hard work to change your habits, a little bit every day. Experiences from many years. Traumas. You support me in this, you are available every day. When problems arise, you are there immediately to support me.

Anyone who follows Elisabeth on Facebook knows that she doesn't do things by halves. And that's how I experienced it: mentoring with Elisabeth is not for sissies!

Through her special questioning technique and her fine sense for what is just "on", I came very (!) quickly to the (sore) point. Under Elisabeth's sensitive guidance I found my inner images and was able to work through the topic in depth with her help. When painful or fearful issues arose, she lovingly took me by the hand and guided me through them with confidence. Even my resistances were allowed to be there, were used and even transformed into helpful resources. Really great.

You can tell that Elisabeth has been through a lot herself and knows the way. That is why she is not afraid and everything is allowed to come with her. And that's why you can feel safe with her and get involved.

I met Elisabeth one evening when she gave information about Byron Katie. And so began our course. I signed up for a weekend of thought transformation. Not having enough of Elisabeth's great info and these wonderful gifts, I signed up for the Energetic Spinal Straightening. Elisabeth accompanied us for 3 months, actually she still accompanies us and we were allowed to experience so much, in miracles, in gifts, especially about us, our partners, situations, animals, money,.... miracles happened and happen, sometimes really unbelievable e.g. my husband got a lot of orders in a very short time that I now step in and that shows a completely different direction for me and that full of joy....and it goes on :-)

The energetic spinal alignment.... With excitement and completely unaware of what was in store for me, I was at my EESC with the fantastic Elisabeth Stöckl.
After a detailed get-to-know-you conversation, Elisabeth told me how best to lie down, comfortable, relaxed... and then it started.

This calmness, this security, although it took place online.... and then this tingling that wandered through my body.
I almost fell asleep.... after being gently brought back/woken up I opened my eyes. Immediately I noticed a new lightness.
As the day went on, more and more peace spread, a wonderful resonance.
It helped me to open a new access to such a beloved person, potential for conflict hardly exists anymore.

My heartfelt recommendation!

14 days ago I was allowed to have the experience of an energetic spinal erection by Elisabeth. Everything takes time, including this assessment. So much has changed in the past 14 days. I am more relaxed, can express (with hesitation) things that are on my heart. These were my issues with Elisabeth. Self-worth and the fear of upsetting people when I want to express my opinion and then rather say nothing.

The preliminary talk was very sensitive and trusting. Elisabeth was completely there for me. I felt very comfortable and was able to open up to her quickly. During the uprighting, I felt secure and sank deeper and deeper into the support. The time flew by. Elisabeth left it up to me whether I wanted to talk about it conclusively or whether I would rather let it sink in.

Everyone feels the treatment in his or her own way. But it was almost unbelievable that on the same evening I could already see that the spinal uprighting works so quickly. Only an hour later I was able to clarify a situation with a family member that had been hanging in the room for a long time. My words just bubbled out of me without me having to give much thought to whether or not I could say it beforehand. That was so unspeakably liberating. Since then, I have become more and more confident in dealing with my fellow human beings and "dare" to express objective criticism.

Dear Elisabeth!
After my move, I was completely down emotionally and especially physically. I could hardly move and had pain all over my body. After your spinal straightening, I can hardly believe it, the physical pain was 80% gone, in the days after that something happened again. My knot in the cervical spine has almost completely dissolved and I am almost pain-free. The pulling over my neck and left shoulder has improved considerably and I can move my left arm almost completely again. All in all, I am happy about my newfound mobility, and I have also become more creative, suddenly doing things I have wanted to do for a long time and never had time to do, like baking cakes or painting and labeling Easter eggs.

I had Elisabeth in my sights for 2 years. But the time should not be ripe for it yet. Due to a serious life crisis in 2020 Elisabeth came to my mind again. This time I did not hesitate and called her right away. After a very nice phone call I knew that this is my therapist. I was lucky and got an appointment within a week. After my first treatment with Elisabeth, I was totally enthusiastic about her sensitive manner. After a few appointments I realized that I had changed a lot and sometimes I hardly recognized myself, but in an absolutely positive way. I knew that she also offers training in energetic spinal alignment. Then I realized that I wanted more. In February she told me that she will offer a training here. Now I was completely lost. I didn't know what was in store for me? But Elisabeth was able to calm me down with her loving nature and explained everything to me in detail. After a few days, it was clear to me: "Let the new adventure begin.
Then came the first day of training. I was so excited. Fortunately, the other students felt the same way. But Elisabeth was able to take away our excitement quickly.
She made the training totally diversified between theory and practice. It was never too much and there were enough breaks. After the 3 days I was totally exhausted and tired. Elisabeth explained to us that this was a transformation process. After about 4 days I noticed that I regained my energy and strength.
What can I say, I am absolutely happy to have chosen this and especially to have such a wonderful trainer like Elisabeth at my side. She really has such incredible knowledge and she really burns for what she teaches and does it with a sensitive and funny way. It's really great what I'm experiencing with subjects right now. A friend of mine always had knee pain and it was swollen. After the first treatment he already had less pain and the swelling was better.
I am really happy and grateful to be able to learn this wonderful method with Elisabeth.

After I already got to know Elisabeth as a customer and a part of her wonderful tools I quickly decided to book a training with her.

In advance, she has advised me well with a preliminary conversation and we have seen if it is coherent for me. Even after the purchase we have remained in contact, I have experienced the whole process and the preparations as very professional and liebevol.

And also during the training itself, she was always full of joy and enthusiasm to teach, which made learning simply fun. In every moment we all had the feeling to be seen and heard in the group. Because there was always time for questions and she paid attention to what was important, we were able to not only work through the material, but also really deal with it and exchange ideas.
The practical exercises were also well distributed so that it was never boring.

Through the longer accompaniment, I have the feeling after this training to be simply more confident, because I can still ask questions and also exchange with the others.

I was allowed to meet Elisabeth in September 2020 at a short lecture about "The Work". Since my sister was already in therapy with her at that time and I was able to observe such a positive change in her within a very short time, I wanted to get to know the "originator". Since Elisabeth left such an inspiring impression on me after the lecture, as well as after a short personal conversation, I also began therapy with her in October 2020. After a few visits I already felt such an improvement and I knew that Elisabeth also offers trainings (Energetic Spinal Straightening), I wanted to dive deeper into the whole thing. Already in the "consideration phase" Elisabeth was available to me for all questions, concerns.... with her loving and empathetic nature.

On 19.03.2021 it was then so far - our 1st training weekend has begun.

I must say, on this day I was already very excited, however, it was not different for the other participants and our "teacher" was able to take away our excitement with her empathy. Elisabeth organized the three days so well that it was a constant alternation of theory and practice (also always enough breaks in between) and therefore never became boring or too demanding. With the two test persons who supported me during the weekend, I could see visible improvements immediately after the treatment (my mother: before - pain and pulling in both hips, as well as pain after sitting for a long time; afterwards and now still - only a slight pulling, but no more pain; my girlfriend: before - a lot of mental blockages - now: "I feel totally fantastic, what have you done to me?").

During the time when we treated our subjects and everyone had questions somehow, this did not upset Elisabeth in any way and we all had a lot of laughs with her and she responded to every question, even if they were asked several times.

After the training weekend, I was pretty drained for two days and very thoughtful. When Elisabeth asked us (once again at the right moment) how we were doing, she explained that a huge transformation process had been triggered in us and that we were going through a change towards more self-love, self-confidence and sincerity. And I have to say that she was right once again, I am now totally fine, I look much more at myself, allow myself more breaks, I am honest with myself and I perceive my fellow man much better, or can deal with them much better. The things that used to upset me before the training are now encountering me in a completely different way. As Elisabeth prophesied.

I am so grateful that I met Elisabeth and decided to take the Energetic Spinal Alignment training with her. This wonderful healing method enables everyone to bring a positive turn in their life.
