Working with biofeedback and virtual reality goggles with Ms. Szekelyi is wonderful training to combat fear of heights.
I consistently learn abdominal breathing, watch the height videos through the VR glasses and thus experience virtual reality.
After a few sessions, I go into the real world (bridges, stairwells) with Ms. Szekelyi's support.
I am able to stand close to the bridge railing and look down into the depths. If it gets tingly, step back and breathe deeply into my stomach.
For virtual reality, Ms. Szekelyi lends me VR glasses for a few weeks so that I can practice on my own.
