The coaches have many years of experience in a wide range of topics in private and professional life. As a single mother of two children working full time in a very challenging professional environment, this range is therefore very important to me. The coaches supported me very well during the separation phase and subsequently in the further development of my professional career. I also found the empathy and the solution-oriented, pragmatic approach of the coaches, with which they individually adapted to my needs, extremely positive. I felt very well taken care of from the first session and have also recommended Psyconomy to my friends.

In 2018, I had myself coached because I (in my late 50s) was simply no longer happy in my old job (and probably wouldn't have been). In the end, there was a positive - and measurable - result: Since the beginning of 2019, I have a new job (staff function) - which was even tailored to my profile.
