With Patrick Wonsowitz and his team from Immo-Marketer, I have gained an experienced specialist who manages to deliver buyers for my properties despite the market situation. I receive inquiries from solvent buying interests on a daily basis. The leads from Immo-Marketer are of excellent quality, which is reflected, for example, in the affordability or the amount of the submitted purchase offers. Over the usual portals I do not achieve these results rudimentary. Clear recommendation for all brokers or developers who want to go a new way in the property marketing.

Patrick and his team at Immo-Marketer saved me. Through the normal real estate portals I had almost no more inquiries. His ads, on the other hand, generated over 80 interested parties within a short period of time. But that's not all.

If I feel that I need even more prospects to result in more viewings and a quicker sale, I can simply increase my Facebook and Instagram budget. Which is what I'm going to do.

The collaboration was excellent, very appealing ads were designed. My suggestions were taken into consideration at every stage of the collaboration.

My conclusion: Patrick with Immo-Marketer is the best service provider to market real estate.
After all, why should I lower my asking price by 100K and almost give my house away when I can avoid that by putting a fraction of it into social media ads?
