Yes, I would recommend because I appreciate the way of presenting and the competence. I also liked another training already.

I would not recommend this training for our current group as the content was too superficial for me. I already had all of it in my Abi and studies. So I didn't get much new information from the two days. I would have liked to have had more case studies with possible courses of action and a stronger exchange of ideas. The tasks were too long for me, so that the attention was no longer given during the 12th presentation on a topic.

Dear participant from Hamburg. Thank you for your very constructive thoughts. We have already discussed these in the training. Your ideas and approaches will definitely be considered in the next training. Therefore, thank you for that. As already said: the balancing act between advanced and newcomers in the field of "leadership" is difficult to do. Here we have just had the approach to first of all lay a foundation for "leadership novices".
With studies and practical experience as a leader, a lot was certainly just a "refresher". That's why we'll make the next training more clearly identifiable as to which target group it's suitable for. We have already talked about this as well. In any case, the next Leadership for Experienced Leaders will be as you requested in our feedback round. Best regards, Dirk
