Unfortunately, I can not evaluate the price-performance ratio, because the costs were borne by the opposing insurance, therefore only the 3 stars, but otherwise very good handling, etc..
I was already once represented by them in a claim, the current but dragged on longer due to the opposing insurance, therefore also a small suggestion for improvement and the two stars in customer service.
I had to wait here just under 4 months for the complete settlement, which did not refer to them, but as already said to the opposing insurance, but it would have been nice in between times to get an update on the process, I have only received the first two claims in paper form and then nothing more. If you do not hear anything for two months, that is not very much.
Here could be short interim messages, possibly reminders to the opposing side to pay or short info mails that the opponent was set a new / new deadline to "reassure" the customer.
