I noticed the difference of the food change after only 3 days, however, since it is very warm here in Chiang Mai, I still have to figure out the right amount of food. Due to the high amount of saturated fat, I sweat a lot in the first two to three hours. It just unfolds an unusual amount of energy, which is also noticeable elsewhere.

What can we look back on, what have we already worked out, what can we share with others who harmonize with us, also with those who need our help or with again others from whom we receive impulses, which we grasp, implement or also critically judge, improve and develop further.
Thus the future is our drive and will always remain so. - Only do not give up, is our trick !

I got to know Raik already years ago through his videos, which he published mainly about the hidden world history, about space programs and about "Corona". I was always very impressed by how open, honest and clear he talked about sometimes very sensitive topics.
Now, when I was allowed to do an internship with him through my studies, I got many insights into the health sector, in which he is also very active. For me, many new perspectives have opened up through this internship, giving me a broader spectrum of world views. This new perspective gives me the opportunity, especially in my studies, to look at what I am taught there in a more differentiated way.

He presents the knowledge he imparts clearly and very determinedly, delving deeply into relevant topics and conveying them in various forms, blogs and videos. Even very complex topics he tries to explain as understandable as possible, which is not so easy with some topics, I know by now from my studies. Therefore, I like his choice of words and his way of explaining well!

When I dealt with new topics during my internship, such as the 5 biological laws of nature or the virus hypothesis, there was also a strong change in my world view, especially since I am partly taught the opposite at university.
Even though I realized how exhausting these changes have felt in me, Raik has always encouraged me to continue to investigate, to keep an open mind and, above all, to make up my own mind about certain topics.

Dear Mr. Garve,

there is the way that the good high spiritual beings foresee for the development of mankind. The creation of earth conditions and the solidification of people and the cutting off of spiritual perception are temporary stages.
In every age there are human leaders who are ahead of their time in their development (e.g. St. Rishis, Zarathustra, Hermes, Moses Gautama Buddha, (Elias) John ....
The incarnation of the high solar being (Christ) has given us humans the power / ability to perceive the spiritual worlds with full consciousness, by (pre-)walking the outer and inner initiation path in the human body.
Unfortunately, I have perceived in their representations, which are so interesting and unbelievably comprehensive, several aspects directed against Christianity, e.g. the demand to let the year counts of our calendar begin now again with 0, or the consideration whether we could descend from the monkey or from extraterrestrials.
Therefore, I must unfortunately assume that you are not on the "white" side and I must read your texts with the greatest caution.
We are spiritual beings and in order to understand the conditions and working forces, we need the Gesteswissenschaft.
