Changing trains in Milano was difficult, because only short changeover time due to train delay and track of the connecting train on departure board not determinable (several trains at the same time, intermediate stops not listed, final station unknown to us). We missed the train, had to buy a new ticket as it was not valid on the following train. 4 star hotel with room against rear exit, where at night the glass bottles were thrown into collection containers.

Satisfied all around it was a super experience. The trip with the panorama train was unique,
although the weather on the Brünig has not played along,
But the train attendant of the Brünigbahn has entertained us super and thus the foggy weather was
secondary. Many thanks to the Rail tour -Team for the organization of our journey in the
Golden Pass and to the train attendants on our trip. We will recommend this trip to our friends and acquaintances, it was just great. Kind regards from Riehen in Switzerland.
You can't choose the weather but you can deal with it.

We were extremely positively impressed by the uncomplicated online booking. We have booked similar trips on various portals before: Railtour was the best we have experienced so far. A few clicks and everything worked smoothly, including reservation of seats on the appropriate trains. Bravo!!!

Basically everything worked out fine. I would definitely travel with railtour again. On the way home we had a problem with an accident on the train line with TGV Lyria which led to 2.5 hours delay and we had to change in Basel to the Intercity. SNCF actively informed us about the G30 form where we can request a refund. However, this does not work online! Can railtour help us there?

We booked at very short notice and had a detailed and competent advice, which has taken a lot of time for all our wishes. Really great!
All booked services were well explained and everything worked out great. There were four of us traveling as a family in Paris. It was a relaxed, well organized trip by train.
The 3stern hotel had a really good location. Whereas I would book 4 stars next time in Paris.
We are absolutely satisfied with Railtour and would book there again in a heartbeat.

Basically, everything worked out well. The booking was relatively uncomplicated. There were some technical problems, so that we received mails without content or wrong booking documents. Or a mail with a credit and immediately again a mail with a cancellation have received This is very confusing.

I would not recommend the 3 star hotel in Paris or offer it to customers anymore. The bathroom was infested with mold and the curtains were also moldy. The metro tickets provided only caused problems. Although we took good care of keeping the tickets with sensitive magnetic strips, the tickets did not work.

But all the booked services worked without any problems. Travel by train is tiptop. I would definitely recommend it to others.
