Our journey: Arrival in St. Moritz for 2 nights, Bernina Express and another 2 nights in Lugano!
Advice and planning very satisfactory, very good 3* hotels and everything flawless. Railtour is not responsible for the damage to the Bernina Express and the inadequate information. That was the only small downer.

The payment by credit card worked at the last minute: the money was almost credited back to us by the card operator because the transfer was not fully acknowledged. Otherwise everything worked perfectly.

We traveled on the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz. The advice and planning of the trip was very friendly, competent and to our complete satisfaction. The hotels were also well chosen, although the Hotel Bären in St. Moritz is a little outdated and a long way from the station. Seats were reserved on the Glacier Express, the lunch was delicious and the service was excellent. Although the train line between Visp and Täsch was interrupted due to the storms, the transport by bus at the stations was very well organized. We would book an excursion with railtour suisse again at any time.

Recommended hotels very good. Pleasant ride, also thanks to good weather. Stop at Alp Grüm a change of pace even for those not taking photos. All in all, a very successful trip.

A very successful trip with fortunately very good weather. Really recommendable.
Unfortunately, the entire entertainment system in our 1st class carriage failed halfway through the journey, so that no information was possible via headphones or screen.
The staff were also unable to remedy the situation.
From the last station, a train attendant provided some more information. That was very helpful,
nevertheless a pity.
Hotels very good,
The flexible ticket also makes the arrival and departure very individual.
A good solution.
