We are Ramsperger Automobile, a large car dealership group that employs around 340 people with 10 operating facilities in the Kirchheim/Teck and Nürtingen area. Our dealerships represent the brands VW, Audi, ŠKODA, SEAT & CUPRA, VW Commercial... Vehicles, Jeep, Dodge & RAM including used cars.
Our traditional family business is one of the seven oldest car dealerships in Germany. At our headquarters, in the center of Kirchheim unter Teck, we have been located since 1908, according to the first documentary evidence.
last week I brought my vehicle to you for repair after a traffic accident. The service, the support, the entire interaction between the employees and their customers is characterized by great expertise, competence and humanity. Here you always have the feeling that your own wishes and ideas are in the foreground.
Even during the last visits, when the maintenance service was used, there was never cause for complaint, on the contrary, it was a consistently friendly and courteous manner, which has always pleased me, since today in the service sector rather frustration is the order of the day.

Hello, my name is Blacky and I am still a fairly young Polo GTI. During my still short lifetime I have already been hit twice. Unfortunately with visible traces. My owner, who has taken me very much to her heart, called Ramsperger each time. We got quick and smooth help from Mr. Jaber, who took care of me in a very competent, reliable, friendly and humorous way. The first contact via the website was very promising. Despite the holiday, a professional chat was offered. The first contact with the used car salesman was also very good and we were offered an appointment at very short notice despite a high workload.
Also the topic test drive was still professionally handled.
Unfortunately, everything changed on the subject of used car valuation.
The seller evaluated our vehicle as Rrstes without waiting for the check of the workshop and gave us the exact price according to Schwacke. Exact means in this case on the single euro exactly.
Despite multiple requests and indication that we would be willing to adjust our expectations, we did not even get an offer where the purchase price was rounded up to the nearest 100 euros.
In general, we have no problem if a seller would clearly communicate that he does not want to buy a foreign vehicle of a certain brand.
But then we would expect from a reputable car dealership that this already happens with the request and not after we have traveled 200 km.
I had my somewhat older Skoda repaired at your company in Kirchheim and found the service and especially the care by Mr. Johannes Müller really excellent. It is really rare to experience such friendly and courteous service these days. I think your company is lucky to have such great employees. If it wasn't for the driving, I would switch from our local garage to Skoda Kirchheim right away.
Today we received your invoice for the repair of clutch and gearbox on our VW Touran and the goodwill cost assumption shown therein. We would like to thank you again for this goodwill, because without your commitment this nice cost reduction would not have been possible.

Woman at the wheel, two children on the back seat, sudden lighting up of red warning lights due to overheating of the engine on the highway, the super disaster for every car driver. What to do?
The Skoda dealership in Kirchheim Unter Teck was within easy reach, and although the workshop was fully booked, we were able to present the car there during our short vacation. Already the trainee on the phone was super friendly and very eager to find a solution for us. Ms. Jeschke had the problem described, her first guess then also immediately corresponded to the actual cause! Super understanding, very competent and friendly, I am still very enthusiastic! :-)
The car stayed in the workshop until the next day and was repaired. Mr. Wolpert made almost impossible things possible! He organized at Skoda Germany, that the mobility guarantee/accommodation of the manufacturer, which was cancelled due to unfortunate circumstances, came back into force.
This reduced the announced repair costs by a considerable amount - to the detriment of the garage's "own cash"!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for this great experience and the help they gave me.
Did I mention that Ms. Jeschke quite naturally worked overtime because of me when I picked up the vehicle, because the highway was closed?

Dear Sir or Madam,
on 27.07.2019 I was driving on the freeway from Stuttgart in the direction of Munich when various "significant control lights" came on in my wife's vehicle; with worrying noises coming from the engine compartment, we made it as far as an ESSO filling station in Stuttgarter Straße in Nürtingen; from there we were taken by a tow truck to your dealership. Your customer advisor, Mr. Stallherm, immediately took care of us, conducted an initial inspection of our vehicle and then took it to the workshop. In a very short time, they made a diagnosis and discussed with me the damage pattern and resulting technical or craftsmanship problems; due to a particularly meticulous and functional way of working, I noticed an employee of your workshop, whose name I unfortunately cannot mention.
But also otherwise your employee, Mr. Bandel, looked after us quite touchingly, be it with offered drinks, the attempt to organize a rental car for the case that a repair would not be possible or the dispatch of necessary documents to the protection insurance.
In spite of all fears, a repair was possible and we were bid farewell with the remark that we could not exclude possible consequential damage due to the damage pattern.
Finally, they pointed out problems on the planned route - it was now about 11:45 a.m. - and worked out an alternative route for us to avoid the neuralgic points of the Stuttgart-Munich autobahn.....and that also worked.
These lines are very important to me, because I have not yet experienced something like this - in a positive sense.
For your co-worker Mr. Stallherm to the knowledge: the repaired passenger car still drives, apparently no consequential damages.
Therefore, once again a heartfelt thank you that I ask you to pass on to your employees.
